Empower Yourself (weight loss program) and how is done
There is so many diets, and programs that give us temporary solution when we think of weight loss, but Rochester School of Fitness works with our members to teach them how to embrace knowledge to be part of healthy life style. So we work closely with our members and teach them every component of healthy life style.
Planing With You Protocol
As we all know that everything in our life is based and done right is how we plan and then how we execute plan. "If you don't plan then you plan to fail" so we work with our members to show them how to plan on the daily, weekly or hourly basis. Also from event to event planing is very important. We all have travels, party's, outside dinners with family and friends, even shopping needs planing so we help our members to learn how to plan and which way is the best to execute that plan.
We try to motivate our members in the weight loss program in few different ways. Everybody is in the e-mail system that we frequently send with the healthy life style topics, food research topic, recipes, etc. Besides e-mails we support our members in other ways like talking about food and asking them how they plan or go trough the day and the more they talk to us the more they think about their food, diet and behavior on the daily basis.
Food Log Protocol
While we teach you to plan you will keep food log and we will learn how your day goes by and correct your diet mistakes. We will find healthy food substitute that you will replace down the road. When you do your shopping we will teach you what is the right food to buy and when/how to shop, how to read food labels and what is important to look for on the labels.
Changing diet/food behavior is not easy so we will be with you every step of the way in order to get your good habits working for you.
With all apps for the smart phones we suggest to have in order to know what is caloric intake of the food they have through the day so food log quality is better. That way we have better and accurate picture of food and caloric intake.
All the Time Support Protocol
Our members are in the connection through the e-mails, calls, or txt at any point of the day or night and if they have questions or to report something they can do it all the time. We try to give them advice on the go and keep them on the right track all the time. That way they don't make mistake if something comes up and they don't have anybody to report which keeps them accountable in their journey in weight loss or keep their life style healthy.
