Great fitness facility! The stuff is very knowledgable and very pleasant. Program is designed to make you reach your goals and it's designed for individual. They have individual workouts and group as well. Diet and behavioral changes are part of the program which makes you accountable to do work in order to reach your goal. What I like is that you can bring friend or build your own group of friends and workout with them. I will recommend this fitness highly. Batan D.
Rochester School of Fitness is a very warm and welcoming place! After coming here for a few months, I have realized it is unlike any other fitness facility. The personal connection you feel with other members of the classes, as well as the fitness instructors is what kept me coming back each session. No matter your age or ability level they are able to accommodate you, and really strive to make you the healthiest you can be all around!

I have now been a member of the Rochester school of fitness for five years so obviously I like it. I'm over 60 years old and a trainer has help me from everything to preparing for a tough mudder , simple core strength, recovering from injury, and setting personal goals.
The clients range from elite high school and College athletes to senior citizens maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The trainers here make everybody feel that their goals are the most important no matter what your fitness level! I think that's what keeps me coming back.

I have been a member here for about 6 years now and I love it! This place not only gave me the chance to gain a healthy weight, but an all around healthy lifestyle. (I lost a total of 50 lbs, and being a overweight teen makes it even harder!)The people here are so welcoming and I love going to each class every week.
