What actually happens at a free assessment?
A lot of people ask this — and it’s a fair question. Here’s exactly what to expect:
- It’s a conversation first. We want to understand your health history, your goals, and what has and hasn’t worked before. No judgment. No pressure.
- We’ll do a basic assessment of your current strength, balance, and mobility so we understand where you are and what’s realistic.
- You won’t be pushed. If you haven’t exercised in years — or decades — that’s exactly the kind of starting point we’re built for. The pace is entirely yours.
- You’ll leave with a clear picture of what a program at RSF would look like, what it would cost, and whether it’s the right fit.
- There is no sales pressure. If RSF isn’t the right match, we’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
