Our gym offers variety programs for all ages and physical levels of any individuals. Rochester School of Fitness works on exercises and do nutritional counseling for individuals and groups. Exercise helps us live longer and healthier life. Come and check it out.
Many health insurance plans now have incentive programs that reward exercise. Check to see if your insurance company will pay you to workout.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Private Sessions
$65 for one hour; $600 for a package of 10 sessions
$35 for a half-hour; $320 for a package of 10 sessions
Semi-Private & Small Group Sessions
One Hour
$35 per person (2 people)
$320 per person for a package of 10 sessions (2 people)

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
$22 for one hour class (3 or more participants)

FITNESS 101: HEALTHY KIDS
$720.00 for the 12-week program (or three monthly payments of $245)
Continued exercise classes: prepaid $220.00 for 10 classes per person ( one parent has to participate and is included in the 10 classes price)
Bring a sibling for $10.00 or invite a friend for $20.00.
SUPERSTAR ATHLETIC TRAINING
$220.00 for ten sessions (3 or more athletes)
