Founded in 2006 by exercise specialist Mido Zelenjakovic and pediatrician Cathy Hahn, Rochester School of Fitness (RSF) has been delivering evidence-based adaptive fitness programs for individuals of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to integrate clinical exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to improve health outcomes, functional mobility, and quality of life.
