Functional workouts are personalized to suit any age and fitness level. We’ll use light medicine balls, resistance tubing, and various floor exercises to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. But a fitness regime alone isn’t enough to fully realize any fitness goal. At RSF, we’ll help you identify and understand why some of your current behaviors and lifestyle choices may be working against you. Then, with thoughtful planning and consistency, we’ll work together to establish lasting healthy behaviors.
