Rochester School of Fitness offers nutritional coaching to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Our coaches work one-on-one with clients to teach, lead and advise clients on plans tailored to their needs and goals.

During the initial consultation, the coach will assess the client's current diet and lifestyle, identify potential problem areas, and discuss the client's goals and expectations. From there, the coach will create a personalized nutrition plan that includes a balanced mix of nutrient-dense foods tailored to the client's specific needs and goals.

Our coaches will also provide guidance on meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking techniques to help clients make healthy food choices and maintain their long-term nutrition plans. Additionally, clients will receive ongoing support and accountability to ensure they stay on track and make progress toward their goals.
